Join us and add a smile and some joy to your day! Let's dance and have fun together!

Share in the joy of movement as you learn modern barre technique and combinations. This class will help you gain strength and balance whether you've never danced before, are returning to modern dance after years, or are an experienced dancer. All movements can be adapted to participants with physical limitations, health issues, and those recovering from surgery. Dance is a wonderful way to heal the body, mind, and soul. 

Women tend to wear T-shirts and leggings, while men tend to wear general activewear. Modern dance is usually done barefoot, but socks and ballet or jazz shoes are acceptable.
