Join us and add a smile and some joy to your day! Let's dance and have fun together!

Share in the joy of movement as you learn ballet barre technique and combinations. This class will help you gain strength and balance whether you've never danced before, are returning to ballet after years, or are an experienced dancer. All movements can be adapted to participants with physical limitations, health issues, and those recovering from surgery. Dance is a wonderful way to heal the body, mind, and soul.

Women tend to wear T-shirts and leggings, while men tend to wear general activewear. Ballet shoes are recommended, but participants may also wear socks.
